Matt Perkins is an experienced attorney licensed in both California and Colorado. Originally from Roseville, CA, Matt started practicing law there in 2010 but then passed the Colorado bar exam in 2017 before moving to Parker, Colorado at the coaxing of his wife. Since relocating to Colorado, his principal areas of focus include estate planning (wills and trusts), probate and trust administration, guardianship and conservatorships, fiduciary representation, real estate disputes, evictions, and business law; although he also handles many facets of civil litigation and transactional work. He enjoys advising individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses on a wide range of challenges. Mr. Perkins represents clients throughout Colorado, especially in Douglas, Arapahoe, Elbert, Jefferson, and Denver Counties.
When he is not working, Mr. Perkins enjoys spending time with his family, and friends, as well as cheering on the San Francisco Giants and the 49ers. He can often be found outside playing sports and exploring. In his free time, he is involved in his community with coaching youth sports, various charitable work with his parish and the Archdiocese of Denver, and is an active member with the Knights of Columbus.
